At it the Holy Oils are blessed by the bishop for use throughout the diocese in the coming year, and the priests of the diocese renew their commitment to priestly service. It is the great annual get-together of the bishop, clergy, and people of the diocese. The parish is planning to hire a coach to go there. If you would like to come, please sign one of the lists on the noticeboards at either St.Felix' or the Convent by teh weekend of 17th/18th March. The cost will be 10 per person, and the coach will leave from the Convent (Orwell Road) in the late afternoon, returning approx. 11.0pm.'

This should have taken place last Friday, but the Bishop decided to postpone it on account of the inclement weather. The Station Mass has been rescheduled for Friday, March 16th - a week on Friday. OUR PATRONAL FEAST

This is always a special day in the year for a parish, and the Feast of St.Felix, who brought the Catholic Faith to our part of the world, falls on Thursday this week. Do try to come along to the 9.30am Mass, to give thanks for St.Felix' work in East Anglia, and to request his continued prayers.
